Campus Recruited provides personalized, comprehensive career preparation and training programs for college students, international students, and college-bound high school seniors / junior college transfers. Students will be equipped with the proper knowledge, tools, and resources to give them an added advantage in securing highly coveted positions with top companies.
This is the final and potentially most crucial course in a student's academic career. After two decades of proactive academic investments in the form of tuition, private schools, tutors, and/or test-prep courses, the end result of starting a career is often left to chance. Don't be passive when it comes to recruiting, because there is a defined, direct, and proactive process that can lead to multiple offers with top companies by the time a student graduates — and there are deadlines!Unemployment aside, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York found that roughly 44% of recent college grads were in a job that did not technically demand a bachelor’s degree. With the added burden of student loans averaging well over $100k for a 4-year degree, focusing on career preparation and recruiting should be just as important as focusing on academics, test scores, and getting into a good university.

UC Berkeley grad with over 16 years of Campus Recruiting experience, including with two of the Big 4 firms. I have personally hired hundreds of college students for top positions with prestigious firms, and I have declined thousands more. We know what works and what doesn't.
I am also a professionally trained Counselor with a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, previously registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences and the California Association for Marriage and Family Therapists. I have seen how anxiety can negatively affect a candidate. However, I believe there is a way to turn anxiety into a tool rather than a hindrance.
As a first generation immigrant, I have a deep understanding of the special challenges faced by international students, especially in how they navigate through the cultural differences in business communication. I have personally been in this position, and I can provide individualized sessions tailored to your current needs to help you succeed. Group sessions are also encouraged to help build public speaking skills.
I have worked with undergraduates, Masters and MBA candidates for full-time and internship positions in: technology, engineering, audit, internal audit, tax (state & local, Federal, international), information risk management, forensics audit, supply chain management, corporate finance, strategy and operations, human capital, project management, and technology consulting (specifically within: systems integration, information management, technology strategy and architecture, emerging solutions, mobile/digital technologies, Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle).OUR SERVICES

Campus Recruited provides personalized, comprehensive career prep and training programs for college-bound high school seniors and recent grads/transfer students. We will equip them with the knowledge, tools, and resources to help them build a strong recruiting foundation to complement their formal education. This process can and should start as early as possible, and is applicable to any major and career choice.
Our College Bound Program covers the fundamentals of campus recruiting over two consecutive weekend meetings (2 hours per day), with homework due between meetings. Upon completion of our course, all Recruits will have a personalized Recruiting Toolkit that includes:Professional resume ready for distribution
Cover letter template
Strong self-intro or “elevator pitch”
List of companies that recruit from their prospective school
And, most importantly, a solid understanding of the entire college recruiting process

More often than not, because of the cultural differences in how we communicate, international students tend to put themselves at a disadvantage in the way they communicate with recruiters.
